Progress Report: January – June 2017

As far as tracking my progress is concerned, I’m not great at it.

I don’t always log my words. I go months at a time of writing fiction, blog posts, etc. without admitting to myself that I need to keep track of my output, because I’m kind of stubborn and a little bit lazy.

So this progress report is going to be a mixed bag.

So you say you want collaboration…

Ah, collaboration. There’s nothing quite like it. And whether you’re working with someone else for the first time or are a seasoned pro, there’s always something new to learn about the art of combining styles.

I’ve tried to collaborate with other authors a few times before, but I’ve never had the kind of results I wanted. Usually the project ends up dead in the water, which is sad at best and embarrassing at worst.

Craft, business, and the best advice an indie can get in a book bundle. [Book Review]

To be honest, I don’t even know how I got my hands on this book bundle. As of this writing [in February 2017], I can’t find it available for purchase. That being said, each of the three books in the bundle are available, so I wanted to share my thoughts anyway, in case the writers out there are looking for a resource in your publishing journey.
